Aerialist's Home Workout: Knee Hang Conditioning

This 35-minute workout targets many of the muscles and movements you need to develop an easeful Knee Hang with great alignment. This will also train leg control muscles that we need to move effortlessly on the apparatus. 

Clayton Woodson, Aerial Fit® Founder, takes you through a workout that you can do at home with no aerial equipment needed, to get your body. Expect lots of core and active flexibility work.

The only equipment you'll need for this workout is some floor space (yoga mat recommended),  and a resistance band or old pair of stretchy leggings that you don't mind stretching out even more. 

What you need:
  1. Some floor space (yoga mat recommended).
  2. A a non-bendable stick like a broomstick
  3. A resistance band or old pair of stretchy leggings that you don't mind stretching out even more. 

Prerequisites:
  1. Basic knowledge of a knee hang on a Lyra or Trapeze, but no experience with it.
