Get in touch with your deep core engagement by learning how to breathe. This course sets you up for success with challenging aerial skills. No apparatus required to get started.
What this course includes:

This mini-course on breathing for aerialists presents the proper technique for breathing in a relaxed body, breathing in a hollow body and breathing in the air.  Jordan Anderson & Clayton Woodson, Aerial Fit® Founders, take you through drills that you can start at home with no special equipment and eventually practice in the air.

What you need:
  1. Videos 1 and 2 only require some floor space (yoga mat recommended).
  2. Videos 3 and 4 require access to an aerial apparatus.

Prerequisites:
  1. Basic knowledge of the Hollow Body position.
  2. Basic knowledge of hanging from an aerial apparatus.

Visit us in person or virtually for classes, workshops, and private instruction!

Our studio is located in beautiful Charleston, SC, surrounded by beaches and southern charm. Our facility is fully equipped with 25' ceilings, 9 rig points, climate control, soft gymnastics flooring, crash mats, and a wide variety of apparatuses. 

We also offer online classes for aerialists stuck at home without equipment, and virtual private lessons for those with access to aerial equipment.
