What this course includes:
This mini-course on breathing for aerialists presents the proper technique for breathing in a relaxed body, breathing in a hollow body and breathing in the air. Jordan Anderson & Clayton Woodson, Aerial Fit® Founders, take you through drills that you can start at home with no special equipment and eventually practice in the air.
What you need:
- Videos 1 and 2 only require some floor space (yoga mat recommended).
- Videos 3 and 4 require access to an aerial apparatus.
- Basic knowledge of the Hollow Body position.
- Basic knowledge of hanging from an aerial apparatus.
