This is a replay of one of our popup live-streaming workshops. This workshop is focused on improving an aerialist's toe point and getting rid of micro-bends in our legs. All of the cues and actions are applicable to how effective aerialists use their abs to do all sorts of seemingly impossible skills.
- Yoga block or rolled up yoga mat or firm cushion or similar.
- Resistance band or old pair of stretchy tights or long sleeve t-shirt.
- Yoga mat for cushioning on hard floors (can be the same mat as rolled-up mat).
- Extra cushioning in case you have boney or sensitive feet.
