Join us to make your shoulders healthier, stronger, and better for aerial and life! As aerialists, we spend a lot of time weight bearing in our arms, and without a solid connection of shoulder stability and mobility, we risk injury over time. This hour will focus on a variety of shoulder health exercises that will make you feel amazing, stand up taller, and get your shoulder burning too.

This is a replay of one of our popup live-streaming workshops. No aerial equipment needed!

Props needed:

  • Yoga block or book or similar. The tighter the shoulders the bigger (hardcover) the better.
  • Foam roller or thick squishy pillow or similar. The tighter the shoulders the thicker the better.
  • Wall space (optional). Super useful for 1 drill in class

Our studio is located in beautiful Charleston, SC, surrounded by beaches and southern charm. Our facility is fully equipped with 25' ceilings, 9 rig points, climate control, soft gymnastics flooring, crash mats, and a wide variety of apparatuses. 

We also offer online classes for aerialists stuck at home without equipment, and virtual private lessons for those with access to aerial equipment.
