As aerialists, we spend a lot of time weight bearing in our arms, and without a solid connection of shoulder stability and mobility, we risk injury over time. This hour will focus on a variety of shoulder health exercises that will make you feel amazing, stand up taller, and get your shoulder burning too.

- Yoga block or book or similar. The tighter the shoulders the bigger (hardcover) the better.
- Foam roller or thick squishy pillow or similar. The tighter the shoulders the thicker the better.
