#41 | Knee Hang Shin Block Ground Workout

Knee Hang Shin Block Ground Workout

At first glance, this skill looks pretty simple, but there is a lot going on here. There's a huge amount of external rotation required in the supporting knee hang leg. Getting the straight leg shin block to really settle into position needs deep core leg connection. And, of course, coming up out of the skill without losing all of your supports requires great abdominal strength.

All of these components are found throughout many aerial skills. This Strength and Flex class will help you improve these components to more quickly succeed with this skill and others the next time you are back in the air.

Come join us from the comfort of your home! No aerial equipment needed.

Here's an example of the skill.
