What this course includes:

This workout targets many of the muscles and movements you need to develop an easeful Knee Hang with great alignment. Each drill is presented in its own short video that you can easily find and reference. These drills will also train leg control muscles that we need to move effortlessly on the apparatus.

Clayton Woodson, Aerial Fit® Founder, takes you through a workout that you can do at home with no aerial equipment needed, to get your body ready for solid knee hang and single knee hang skills. Expect lots of core and active flexibility work.

The only equipment you'll need for this workout is some floor space (yoga mat recommended), and a resistance band or old pair of stretchy leggings that you don't mind stretching out even more.

What you need:
  1. Some floor space (yoga mat recommended).
  2. A a non-bendable stick like a broomstick
  3. A resistance band or old pair of stretchy leggings that you don't mind stretching out even more. 
  4. A juggling ball or a set of rolled up socks.
  5. A little bit of wall space (just enough to sit with your back against).

Prerequisites:
  1. Basic knowledge of a knee hang on a Lyra or Trapeze, but no experience with it is required.
