A dead hang pull up is a great strength benchmark to work towards and improve, but most aerial skills require the ability to doing some other action with your legs, hips, or torso while holding (or even lifting) your body in space. 

This class is a playful exploration of leg movement while doing different stages of a pull up. 

Come join us from the comfort of your home! No aerial equipment needed.

Props needed:

  • A strap or belt or similar
  • A chair for assisted pull ups [optional]

Our studio is located in beautiful Charleston, SC, surrounded by beaches and southern charm. Our facility is fully equipped with 25' ceilings, 9 rig points, climate control, soft gymnastics flooring, crash mats, and a wide variety of apparatuses. 

We also offer online classes for aerialists stuck at home without equipment, and virtual private lessons for those with access to aerial equipment.
