Diagonal Clock Splits on Aerial Hoop is a fun variation and is a great intermediary skill between Vertical Clock Splits and Horizontal Clock Splits. Horizontal Clock Splits are so much more difficult than Vertical Clock Splits, we wanted to give our students a fun pathway to success. While this skill is nearly identical to Vertical Clock Splits there is a key “secret” action to help lock the skill in and prepare students for Horizontal Clock Splits

While we often use Diagonal Clock Splits as a stepping stone to Horizontal Clock Splits, there is no reason why it can’t be its own unique skill. Have fun with this video tutorial and once you’ve got it you’ll be well on your way to Horizontal Clock Splits. And as always, do this skill on both sides.
