Double Ankle Hang on Aerial Hoop is one of a handful of ankle hang skills that we do on a hoop. This video tutorial covers the mot common entrance and exit plus a slight variation for more efficient aerial hoop choreography.

It is relatively simple and direct to set up, but many people find this skill to be a little more uncomfortable on the skin of the feet than other ankle hang skills. We encourage our students to work on it slowly over time to develop the foot tolerance for the skill. Regardless, Double Ankle Hang is definitely an exciting and dramatic skill.
