A Lever Leg on Aerial Hoop is a fundamental movement technique that harnesses the power of the legs and the strength of tight body abs to help lift the torso and reach up as high as possible. Lever leg is a concept that students will use throughout their aerial hoop training, in all sorts of skills from beginner through advanced. It teaches a student to move efficiently and dynamically. We have found over the years that many aerialists have a difficult time tapping into a strong lever leg pathway, so don’t be surprised if this skill takes time to master.
