Outside Seatbelt Catcher's Ground Workout

This is a fun little skill that combines a lot of key components. Tilting forward to hang upside down always feels a little playfully unexpected. This on-demand ground workout covers a lot of glute and leg strength. It is a great home workout for any aerialist.

No aerial equipment needed!
