This is a replay of one of our live-streaming workouts. A pull up is a challenging skill, and this workout offers an approach to achieving your first complete dead hang pull-up. This same approach can also be used to increase your numbers once you can do one or more. Next time you're in the studio training with your coach, ask them about aerial progressions to build on what you've done at home.
- Pull Up Bar
- Chair or band or buddy for assists (all optional, having at least one of these is highly recommended)
- Yoga mat or similar soft surface
- Broomstick or similar
