We offer a variety of different types of courses. Each course type has a different purpose. 
  • Master Courses are full, in-depth courses to gain mastery of common fundamental skills. These course are a distillation of our curriculum that we have been teaching and developing since 2009.
  • Aerialist's Home Workouts are skill focused training and conditioning programs that can be done away from an apparatus. Sometimes to master our skills we need to condition our trouble spots.
  • Training Tips are concepts and philosophies that we have developed and honed over the years. We have a sophisticated culture that guides all of our teaching practices and these are a taste of that culture.

Breathing for Aerialists

Get in touch with your deep core engagement by learning how to breathe. This course sets you up for success with challenging aerial skills.

Our studio is located in beautiful Charleston, SC, surrounded by beaches and southern charm. Our facility is fully equipped with 25' ceilings, 9 rig points, climate control, soft gymnastics flooring, crash mats, and a wide variety of apparatuses. 

We also offer online classes for aerialists stuck at home without equipment, and virtual private lessons for those with access to aerial equipment.
