This is a replay of one of our live-streaming workouts.

This is a classic skill and contrary to popular belief you don’t need oversplits to make it look good, but you do need strong active splits that you can control at the end range of your motion. This Strength and Flex class will focus on building that mobility, strength, and control.

Come join us from the comfort of your home! No aerial equipment needed.

Props needed:

  • A foam roller, yoga block, or firm cushion.
  • Any other props you like to have for training splits.

Visit us in person or virtually for classes, workshops, and private instruction!

Our studio is located in beautiful Charleston, SC, surrounded by beaches and southern charm. Our facility is fully equipped with 25' ceilings, 9 rig points, climate control, soft gymnastics flooring, crash mats, and a wide variety of apparatuses. 

We also offer online classes for aerialists stuck at home without equipment, and virtual private lessons for those with access to aerial equipment.
