Arm only climb is a challenging one! It’s a full body workout that involves strength, coordination, and timing to succeed. This video goes over some progressions and drills that we use for students who are learning this climb.
We think it’s important to give students small goals on their way to the big goal, so there’s lots of opportunity for success along the way, and this video covers a few ideas on how to do that. The beginning drills for this climb are accessible to most students, even though they are challenging, and working on them builds great core and upper body strength in the process.
