For students who are comfortable straddling up in the air, and trying to build endurance for longer sequences, this is a good one because there are a lot of inversions in the sequence but there are also a lot of places to rest. This sequence starts with an inverted climb and it ends with a sequence that walks down a drop. It’s also a sequence that starts with fabrics together and then transitions into fabrics apart using a skill to make that transition more smooth. We like sequences like this that work endurance and grace at the same time, and this sequence is great for students who can invert in the air and are ready to start linking inverted skills together.
