There are countless ways to get into an s wrap, and countless skills to set up from there. The Flamenco Grip entry is a classic and this video shows a few key points and key concepts to understand to make it successful.

Flamenco Grip can be challenging for a lot of shoulders, and our building blocks cover many tips to make the grip successful and healthy. Using this grip to enter an S wrap also involves understanding the supports and directions of an S wrap, and this video demonstrates what happens when you flamenco grip with different arms and how that changes the direction of the wrap.
