The Scissors Pull Up Drill on aerial silk is a variation of the Plank Pull Up Drill that’s detailed in the building blocks. This drill adds a twist and it’s especially helpful for more advanced aerial silk skills like Hip Hop Inversions.

This conditioning drill is easy to scale up or down as shown in our tutorial video. We often include this conditioning drill for our more experienced aerial silk students.
