Pillar Splits At-home Workout

This is a replay of one of our live-streaming workouts. This workout targets the strength, mobility, and movement smarts needed to master the skill! Next time you're in the studio training with your coach, ask them about aerial progressions to build on what you've done at home.

Here's an example of the skill.



Props needed:

  • Foam roller, yoga block, or firm cushion
  • Water bottle or something of similar height
  • Chair or step stool or similar (for balance when leaning over)
  • OPTIONAL - Enough wall space to stand up against (to make 1 drill more challenging if available)

Our studio is located in beautiful Charleston, SC, surrounded by beaches and southern charm. Our facility is fully equipped with 25' ceilings, 9 rig points, climate control, soft gymnastics flooring, crash mats, and a wide variety of apparatuses. 

We also offer online classes for aerialists stuck at home without equipment, and virtual private lessons for those with access to aerial equipment.
