Join Lindsey for a mini-anatomy lesson with a core workout targeting the muscles you need to have your core be a stable base for your limbs to move from in aerial. The core is not simply your 6-pack muscles...it goes much deeper than that! This workout will give you a better understanding of the muscles of your core and how they connect your body as a whole.
No aerial equipment needed!
- yoga mat or similar soft surface
- Yoga block or foam roller or folded blanket/towel
- Chair or sofa or coffee table
- Strap or belt (not elastic)
