Twisted Scissor on aerial hoop is a long, big shape that can lead in many directions. It gets its name for the body being twisted and the legs scissoring into the hoop for support. This video will cover the two basic entries we teach to get in and out of Twisted Scissor. The skill does put a lot of pressure on the outside of the thigh, so plan on working on the skill in short blocks until it gets more comfortable.
