Loop Splits is a magical looking skill on aerial silks with lots of creative possibilities. Whenever a skill looks magical, it usually means there are some tricks to it that make it look that way. Our tutorial video covers progressions that we use when we teach Loop Splits to our intermediate level aerial students, as well as two different entries that lead into it.
Loop Splits can be hard on the grip so we recommend learning it in stages, and we cover those progressions, including useful ground drills, in our tutorials.
