Silks
This quick aerial silks sequence combines a single step of an intricate climb with a Thigh Wheeldown. There are a few fun places to pause and pose, and to generate a spin with the silks tail if desired.
We enjoy teaching sequences like this where you gain height without making it look like you’re climbing. And, we enjoy flowing seamlessly from one skill to the next, and finding resting points within each skill instead of between them.
When teaching sequences we always encourage our students to take their time and explore their supports. That’s how it’s possible to find interesting shapes and pausing points, and to be creative with a silks sequence and make it your own.
