This short aerial silks sequence is a great one for training Back Balance shapes on aerial silks. This combo includes several different arched body positions and it challenges the aerialist to lock in those positions by c-shaping their body around the fabric. This sequence can be part of a longer sequence, or it can be drilled when aerial silk students are training their arched body shapes. Our aerial silks tutorial video for this sequence includes the pro tips that make it work efficiently.
