Lady in the Moon is a common shape on many aerial apparatuses. It’s what we call a profile position, where the student is profile to the apparatus. This aerial sling tutorial video for Lady in the Moon covers two different entrances, two different exits, and important cues we give our students who are new to the skill.

When we teach easier skills like this we always focus on setting the stage for students to build good aerial habits and to build aerial strength for more challenging skills later on.
