This aerial sling sling move is one that we translated from aerial silks. On silks, Lotus Climb is a really interesting and intricate climb where we step up above a knee hook to climb over it. We translated this move to aerial sling and we discovered that it’s a great way to not only gain height on the sling, but to also find interesting shapes along the way.

Our aerial sling tutorial video for teachers covers progressions, tips, and different variations for this unique climb on aerial sling.
