Varecrigh on the top bar on Aerial Hoop is one of our students’ favorite skills to add in choreography. It is dramatic and stable which makes for great photo and video moments. We love how it teaches students to find support by actively pressing their body into the hoop to create friction and it also builds a lot of upper body strength.
