The Knee Hook Mounts to a high sling are one of the quickest ways to get up into an aerial sling that’s set pretty high away from the ground. If a student can only reach the bottom of the sling, or can only grab near the bottom of the sling, then these mounts work great. These mounts require a student to get lifted up a bit higher than a regular Pullover and then get their knee hooked high, so in our aerial sling teaching curriculum we put these in the higher level of strength category.
