Angel Hip Press on Aerial Hoop is a nice way to stylize an Angel or a knee hang and add a little drama to a basic shape. Our students love how simple this skill is and how great it looks on video and pictures. There are two main variations. One is with the free leg in front of the hoop and the other is with the free leg behind the hoop. Then within these two variations there are additional minor variations. This tutorial will cover all of these variations.
