This aerial sling tutorial video covers two variations of a very simple exit out of a Knee Corset. This is typically the first exit that we teach our aerial sling students. This exit is physically simple and it also helps students to see the connection between different wraps, increasing their fabric theory understanding on sling. One version of this exit takes us directly into a Half Catchers wrap, and the other variation takes us into a Crossed Half Catchers wrap.
