Pull Ups are challenging for most adults who don’t have a background in training them specifically. If you are a teacher who teaches aerial to regular adults, then it’s likely you may have more students who can’t yet do a pull up than students who can!

When aerial students get stronger with their pull ups everything in aerial becomes just a little bit easier. The Standing Pull Ups drill on aerial sling requires zero pull up strength to start out with. This drill is accessible to anyone and it’s useful for everyone, whether they can already do a pull up or not.
