Hollow Body Pops are a great drill on aerial sling for core strength and for developing better body awareness in space. This aerial conditioning drill helps with many skills on sling and it’s especially great to train students to hold good body tightness and control in drops on aerial sling.

Hollow Body Pops is an aerial drill that is very intense on the core, and it’s important to progress wisely and smartly.
