Pullover is both a useful skill and a tricky skill for many newer students to master. We build up to it through a series of progressions that serve the dual purpose of getting students stronger for their inversions as well!
This skill is easier on a fabric knot than it is on a trapeze, but it can still be a journey for people who are newer to aerial work. It involves equal parts strength, timing, and technique to master.

This skill involves strength, technique, and timing. Someone with more strength can succeed with less technique or timing, whereas someone with great timing or technique requires less strength.
