This is a short sequence that can be done in an infinite loop, both forwards and backwards. Mastering this sequence involves using the legs in a strong and smart way. Moving forward and backward through a sequence is a great way to really understand and master the transitions, so we really enjoy teaching this sequence to our students. We teach this in our level 1 classes and use it as a jumping off point for longer sequences later on.
