Strong mobile hips will really help your aerial practice. Join Lindsey for a workout that focuses on developing and strengthening the musculature that surrounds and supports the hips. This class is particularly useful for deepening splits, improving straddle ups, and improving hip mobility to help with snapping or popping hips. In addition to a workout you’ll also gain understanding about where each muscle connects and what its function is.

No aerial equipment needed!

Props needed:

  • yoga mat or similar soft surface
  • foam roller or ball that’s larger than a tennis ball (something that will roll on the floor)
  • belt or strap without stretch
  • chair or sofa or coffee table, to put feet up on
  • blittle bit of wall space
