Single Strand S Wrap Thread Through is a really creative and versatile aerial silks skill to explore. There are many ways to get into and out of this support, and a world of variations within it to discover! We’ve named this the Single Strand S Wrap Thread Through because the wrap we create is an S-wrap, and the leg is thread through above it to lock it in. This video covers progressions that we use when we teach this to our aerial silk students, as well as several variations within it, and several different exit options as well.
This skill is great for mixed level aerial silks settings, because it does not require a high level of strength or understanding to succeed at the basics. It can easily be scaled up for more advanced aerial silk students.
