Bird’s Nest on Aerial Hoop is one of those skills that always gets an applause from the audience, even though it is a beginner skill. There’s something about it that’s just so exciting. We also use Bird’s Nest as an alternate exit from Back Balance skills on lyra which makes it a valuable skill to add to a student’s vocabulary. Bird’s nest is a fun shape that has a lot of wow factor and our student’s love learning it.
