The Inverted Man in the Moon to Horse Droplet sequence is a nice combo of several exciting skills on Aerial Hoop. The sequence moves through 4 skills. Most of the time the legs are set up with one leg in front of the hoop and the other leg behind the hoop. This keeps the transitions between skills fairly simple and quick, but the sequence is far from being boring.

The sequence demonstrates several fast dynamic skills. The skills can be done fast or slow, but all new skills should be learned with control and strength. We also want our students to know how to walk out drops so they can train them safely. Make sure to click through the skills listed below to see how to do the skills more slowly and how to walk down the droplet at the end.

Definitely practice these dynamic skills in isolation before trying them in the sequence. Start with slow and controlled variations and overtime you can work up to more dynamic variations.
