WHY WE LOVE TEACHING THIS SKILL:
Arrow Flip is an exciting skill that requires a lot of preparation in the hips and core. Our progressions are designed to give students the ability to work up the flip in stages that they can exit out of at any time. That means our progressions require and also build a good bit of inversion strength and an understanding of the hip-core connection. We prep students towards this skill over time, so if the preparation skills are not familiar know that some time should be spent working on them first.
