This skill is often a student’s first introduction to more complex skills on aerial silks. Even though it’s often taught early on, there are some complex body mechanics and fabric management techniques that make it work. We enjoy teaching these more complex parts of it to our students because it prepares them to keep progressing on aerial silks.
