This drill works on using the correct chain of events to strongly exit, or sit up, from a knee hang. A bit of wall space is neccessary for this drill. You will use it to prevent the hips from drifting backwards as you roll down. Without being able to shift backwards, you will learn to engage the core in such a way that you find a new pathway for accomplishing this movement. This is a drill that looks simple, but many find challenging.
