This is a simple drill to help find the right amount of effort to achieve a straight body alignment in knee hang. This drill will have you working your glutes and a pelvic tilt to find open hips while the knees stay bent. This can be a nice prep before finding the shape in the air. You will need a small amount of wall space to perform this drill.
