Plank is great as both a core warm up and conditioning! Much like the basic hollow body drill, the plank helps create a strong stable base for your limbs to move from, which improves efficiency and safety of your skills. Because you are weight bearing through the upper extremities, it’s also a good warm up and strengthening drill for the shoulders. There are ways to make it easier and ways to make it more challenging so we show a few variations in this video.
