This drill focuses on bending the leg strongly behind the body with hamstring engagement. The video also encourages engaging the core and performing a pelvic tilt to isolate the hamstrings and protect the lower back. This strengthening and pathway building drill is especially useful for skills like Bicycle Climb and Toe Climb.

You will need a resistance band for this drill, and possibly a wall or sturdy object to hold onto for balance.
