Having a strong and flexible straddle makes a lot of aerial work more efficient, so it’s worth taking the time to train it on the ground. This video covers key alignment points to keep in mind, including pelvic tilt and leg rotation. We often include some variation of a straddle stretch in our aerial cool-downs.
