The core is not simply your 6-pack muscles…it goes much deeper than that! This workout will give you a better understanding of the muscles of your core and how they connect your body as a whole.

Props needed:

  • Yoga mat or similar soft surface
  • Yoga block or foam roller or folded blanket/towel
  • Chair or sofa or coffee table
  • Strap or belt (not elastic)
