This ground drill for thoracic rotations is one that we often include in our aerial class warm-ups before we get on any aerial apparatus like aerial silks, lyra, aerial sling, or trapeze. Getting the thoracic spine moving is a great way to prep the shoulders for overhead movements, and this drill targets the thoracic rotation brilliantly.
