This workout focuses on developing and strengthening a tight body while moving through the air. This class is particularly useful for aerialists working on drops, and for acro flyers who get manipulated through the air by their partners. This workout includes a focus on balance and stability throughout the body.

No aerial equipment needed!

Props needed:

  • Yoga mat or similar soft surface
  • A chair or something sturdy to put your feet up on
  • A little bit of wall space
