Back Lion on Aerial Hoop is another one of those circus shapes that seems like it appears everywhere so we want to make sure our students are very familiar with its numerous variations, entrances, and exits. We define a Lion as support on one leg and the opposite armpit. A back lion is when the bar is behind the body.
