Vertical Clock Splits on Aerial Hoop is a really eye catching skill with all the long lines going in the same direction. Despite first impressions, this skill is often harder for our very flexible students and easier for our less flexible students. There are many variations in this video tutorial and there are options for just about any level student.

Even though being less flexible can make this skill a little easier it is always very important to thoroughly warm up the hips and hamstrings and of course train this skill on both sides.
